Laysick 411 Pro Pants Sizing

I'm looking to get some Laysick 411 Pro Pants but not sure of the sizing. I'm a 32-34 waist and 32 leg in normal trousers.

I've seen the sizing quoted as (waist) 24-28(XS), 28-32(S), 32-36(M), 36-40(L), 40-44(XL) & 44-48(XXL) which puts me at a medium but have elsewhere seen the sizing quoted differently which puts me at a large. Can anyone help at all? I have no option to go and try a pair on anywhere.

The first batch that came out have S M D and sizes were a bit low. The new batches are sized correct to the label

Id go large to make sure you have the leg length, i have XL and im a 34 waist and 6"3 and they are nice and baggy..
