m8 i thought the patents were owned by the gardeners personaly and thats who was doing the fighting ???

I thought they were moving shop to maybe set up in the far east and carry on from there.
Surely if you own a patent you own it so they could still sue if they believe the patent is being infringed.
I presumed the Gardeners who are still in paintball would defend their patents. This is the $mart Parts way..

I was under the impression the gardners owned a holding company that the patents were held by. If rumors are true and SP are closing down, the bank that recalled monies owed would own the patents and sell them on to recover the debts left from the reposession.
In short who knows what is going on? Still just a waiting game until something concrete is announced.
