i would jsut like to thank L.P.S for their great service,i recently bought a dark ir3 from them and need it by this weekend i was told because of the hold up in customs i would'nt get it untill monday :( yip i was well p**sed, then i had a phone call to say that they had sorted it out and it would be with me on friday :D
well i got it and u guys were right its luuuurvly
so a big thanks to all at lps for your great service

Shame, I coulda asked you about the beavertail I ordered in December, which almost cost me the use of my cocker at the Brum Indoor earlier this yr (managed to scrounge one in the end), and which I'm still waiting for :mad:

I guess there are two sides to every story, and the moral to this one is summat along the lines of
customer who spend 25 quid not worth as much as customer who spend over a 1000 quid.

Afterthought: customer service should be number 1, no matter how much said customer spends.
It should be remembered and noted that customer who happy with service for 25 quid order may well go back to same company in a years time with 2000 quid order. Customer kept waiting forever for 25 quid order may well never use company again
