Alright mate the waist wil fit between a 28 to 32 with the velcro waist adjusters and they do have the ankle cord tighteners, they are in good condition apart from a small tear on each ankle where the draw cord is but this does not in any way affect the workings of the draw cord itself and is shown in the second picture.
They have lower back padding and the knees and crown jewels area are reinforced but not thickly padded.
