What size are the 2 x Assault pod holders on the Assault Vest?
2 or 3 pod?
I assume they are Velcro and Molle?

The Assault pod holders are 2+3 matey (2 Velcro, 3 Elastics) and yes they're molle'd good & proper to the back of the vest
