Hi mate the tack vest is a universal size it has adjustment laces on both sides, as a guide im a 44 chest and measure approx 36 - 38 around my belly and its a good fit with no adjustment, so it can go much larger from there, if you want any further pics or can give me your rough size i can try and find someone to try it on for you?
