Has everyone else received there stuff from Charlotte as mine didn't arrive , she offered a refund but still weeks later no refund , no gear and she is ignoring FB messages...

Yeah i got mine and it was in perfect condition. maybe give her some time because she isnt always on. i would tend to trust her and dont think it would have been an error her end. Maybe royal mail has a hand in it?
