Karnivor problem can anyone help me please??

Having recently purchased a Karnivor, it had its first outing on friday night and was

1 leaking from the front of the solenoid,
2 chopping paint like an absolute bast**d.

can anyone help as i know nothing about cockers and this is for my brother.

emailed planet and they said (and i quote)

"In all honesty we no longer offer a Karnivor Service as they are considerably more hassle than standard cockers and it is not effective use of our time."

even though i was asking them to name a price to get it fixed..............

Chopped the exact same paint that went through everyone elses marker just fine, so i know it ain't that.

any ideas please???

not sure about the noid leak, but chopping, check you bolt position in the breech sould should just be showing a little when the back block is back. second check the eye is working by checking readouts in the setup mode and it could be timing. check the karni is set to factory fast in setup also.

other thing it could be is dark shelled paint, our team's karni doen't like it.

cheers Dan, shell was green, eyes are working, bolt could be in wrong place mind you!! as for timing i don't know a thing about cockers at all. looking ideally for someone to send it off to along with some money and hopefully they will make it all better!

just found my tech t cocker setup dvd which i could send you talks about timing a manual cocker but helps with timing in general. i can lend you it if you want also try www.gizmos-uk.com as they also have wgp techs and mention dan from niban

the air leak from the front noid could be the gasket,the e-blade manual shows you how to strip and repair,smashing paint sound like the gun might be fireing to fast go into factory setting,my spare gun was doing the same because the other guy had custom set it.
