Hi!


Thought I would come along and introduce myself to the forum. Not new to paintball but new to the forum. Well where to start? I'm Russell, although everyone I know calls me Rusty due to my long ginger hair. I have been playing paintball for about 10 years now, but only taken it up semi-seriously in the last couple of years (in the sense that I play more than 4 times a year and go to walk ons now)


I have a small collection of guns, a couple of them are the reason I have joined in here as I need help with them!

I have:
Etek 3 (help needed!)
2 Ion's (for some reason)
Tippmann A5
TPX pistol
An old Sheridan PGP pump which is very slowly being turned into a bolt action sniper, more for looks than performance really. (help on this one as well soon I think!)
And finally an old Maverick pump being turned into a sawn off shotgun style marker.


I'll admit I’m not the best person in the world at contributing to forums, been on talkpaintball since 10/2006 and got a grant total of 36 posts....


Hope to join in a bit more on here!

I have just chucked up a question in the Planet Eclipse section, I'm in need of a simple knob, which is turning out to be harder to find than I thought... always the little things

The second question is going to be about finding a company that will 3D print parts for a paintball gun, as I know most will refuse to print them if there is even the smallest chance it could be used in a proper gun.

Are you stalking me Doog?! It helps that replies come a little quicker here, found the other website sometimes took a while to get a reply, however I can't knock it really as everyone on there is very friendly and I have learnt most of what I know off of that forum!

Hi Russell, warm welcome to the forum mate. Chances are you will be able to find the parts you are looking for. Planet Eclipse have many staff members/owners on the forums, and one is also a moderator, plus the classifieds is a super busy section, with all sorts being bought/traded and sold. At worst, someone will know someone who has one.

Hi Bolter, always nice to be welcomed by a mod (and having read some of the other posts on here you guys do an amazing job of looking after your members. Well done!) Having spoken to a few of the others now they have come up with a great idea as a temp fix, so all good What a great forum we have here!
