as a novice we can play only 2 millenium tournaments , all right.
but if i play a third one ?
-i'm still allowed to play ?
-like i think , am i automatically ranked as an amateur B team ?

Yes, if you want to play a thrid event this season, you will have to move up to Am B.
How throroughly this rule will be checked up on/enforced, I don't know.

OK understand that but....

Does this then mean that next year it all resets itself so that you'll be able to drop back down to playing two novice events again? Or is it the case that once you've played two millennium's thats it and your forever playing Am b unless you step up even further?
