I have had a pair of Rase's for a couple of months and have had no problem with them. I have never tried the JT's though so can't compare.

I own both and use them regularly. They are both well designed and the Rase have nice pockets for your squeegies (spelling  ). Still, I mainly use the Rase, and they seem more tough around the knee area which is where trousers always go first. Hope this helps.

Why not the JT's with zips? I love em. Comfy and loose for playing, but easy to zip down to shorts when not playing or you are just too damn hot or to put pads on...

Best PB trousers I have ever had. Although the Rase are nice and good quality also.

Ive had JT's, and most of my mates have rase. JT's are fairly weak, and rip or fall apart if your not to careful with them. Just like their gloves, and speed pack.
Rase are made of a lot stronger material, with skid knees so they dont rip.

What he means is, there is a strong material stitched onto the knee areas so that you can kneel, slide etc. without the trouser material ripping or becoming damaged.
You can also find this stuff stitched on the arse of the trousers as well.
