Was looking for some decent pads for my knee's as i play front and know i will do some damage some time :( so i decided to get some after looking at dye, redz,jt i decided to go for the jt as they looked light and where at a decent price.
Got size large to xl after a freind told me they where a gd fit. The day i got them decided to do some prac with em. So after i prac with them they seemed nice not to loose or tight and slid well. I took them off and noticed a massive break in the lining and the hole knee pad was comming off also some tears in the skinz bit it was the same with the other pad. After i got them replaced i decided on a smaller size now today i went out with em again and they fitted even better after i checked to see how they where doing again they where wrecked and cut everywhere this time if diff places!.
I know its not my style as im sure there are pro front players who do even harder slides/dives with em on.

Anyone else had the same problem? what u think i do now? just by a diff brand.

What are the best out there at the moment.

The skinz I used, didnt break at all, they seemed very stable to me. However I dont like the skinz anyway, because the part that actually protects your knee, is very small, and after the first slide I did, my knees were hurting like hell.

I had the same problem when I tried the Skinz. Now I use the Dyes if I'm playing speedball (so they're under my pants) or the Redz if I'm playing in the woods (full knee to ankle protection).
