Hi, so I have some old ize ears with no foam. What's the most cost effective (yet effective) foam I could buy and use for this? Thabks

Also, what type of foam is used for goggles so I know what to search for that isn't a preshaped goggle foam?
The ears have a strip of pretty dense closed cell foam.
Frame foam tends to be an an open cell foam, some manufacturers do dual density too.
