they are all pretty much the same marker....just in different chassis....bit like a passat, an audi A4 and a skoda octavia....same car, same chassis just some have air con and others cost 3 times as much

you can't go wrong with a spyder. they are more common than JT markers and spares are easier to get for them

if you are gonna look at a spyder make sure you budget for a new barrel from the start as you will need one....the stock ones are just straight drain pipes to be honest

if you have enough money i would look at getting a cocker second hand in the classified section

the only thing you may find the a spyder......is you can shoot faster than it can

all in all though a good place to start

I'll tell you when i know
wot about a piranha pro E?

only one problem with buying second hand is i need one with everything (hopper etc.)

£300 is my limit to get everything, may be a little bit more for upgrades.

Fenix, duh?!

well m8, First, lemme say, the Fenix is the sickest looking Spyder I've ever laid eyes on. And I'd say pick up 1 of those. Dont risk it, just check out whateva you buy, no sense it ****tin your money away on something that may be crap. I also strongly suggest www.pbreview.com as your savior when it comes to buying good products, be sure to read all reviews, the good, and the bad. lol, good luck mate!

oops

I mean really, you get one shot outta it, oops, 4got one thing, My friends JT 6.0 blowz.   (the ball hooks, and missed your target by about 300 FEET!, and then the next ballz break, and shoot through? Yeah Right, Once that bolt is dirty, your fuc***. This only occurs because the blow over hammer design and hi-rise feed are a bad combo. A ball falls in the breech, its fired, and as the next ball falls into place, the hammer commes back ans skins the ball, and then it falls in the breach, and BREAK! then after that, you're screwed.  The 5.0 may be different, once again, check out pbreview.com, its a life, and wallet saver

Yeh, i wasnt too sure about the JT's. Have a look at the reviews, but id go with something else. The Pro E, from what i gather, is a great gun. Certainly about as good as electro blowbacks get i think. You shouldn't really need too many upgrades if you buy new at that level.

With second hand, its not necesary to buy everything together. I got my Piranha second hand for £140, which was just the gun and Co2, and i bought goggles, hopper, and everything else new.

Also with second hand, the gun will sometimes have some good upgrades on it that would have otherwise cost u a load extra.

I'm with Vortex on that one. His Piranha looks the nuts and it was great find on the forums. Scan through there and keep looking. One other advantage to the Piranha is that it fits Spyder threads so if you get a Spyder barrel and get fed up with the marker, it will fit a Piranha.
