would you accept £18 for the goggels and do you get everything in the pic e.g leneses strap and frame

recieved goggels today thanks but you could have let me know that the lense was pretty much dead the thermal layer was peeling off and there were cracks in the thermal plastic back part of the lense, so now i have to cough out £15-£20 quid for new lenses. is there any chance of something like a £5 refund to help cover the cost of a replacement lense please.

i only used the lens once and it worked awsome. the strap was only used once aswell and you cant get hybrid straps at your local shop can you??? . the face plate and goggle frame were brand new considering you got all this for £20.

ok the lense was falling to bits the thermal layer was coming off and had cracks in it. the actual mask had been modified, as in that the chin strap was cut off and the top of the mask had been cut, whitch counts as damage on the part of the goggell system that you describe as new!! I just wished you told me about the damage to the goggels when i asked weather there was any. so effectivly i paid you £20 and i have to buy new lenses for like £15, £20 shiped so they have set me back £40 whicth is not a very good deal at all.
