what type of jerseys do most teams use: existing jerseys that have been customized (e.g. dye, proto, smart parts jerseys) or full custom jerseys, designed from scratch?

Which ever you prefer andit really depends on how much effort you want to put into creating an image for your team... tops are your image.

Some sponsorship (assisted purchasing packages) deal will include free of heavily discounted branded jerseys that you can print on.

My first two teams brought tops that no one else used such as Raven and Paintball junkies, the current team "Leicester wildcats" use custom Jerseys

plus alot of sponsors of gear appreciate it more if you keep their original jersey and print sponsors on it as it shows loyalty to the company plus it often (as said above) works out cheaper for you lot

companies like eclipse also offer printing at a discounted rate when you buy their shirts (especially in bulk)
