Jersey and pants sizes

I thought it would be time to by some new proper paintball clothing, but i honestly have no idea what size to buy (im looking into buying off the internet) any advice would be helpful, thanks.

basically the same as normal clothes dude. depends if you like a bit of sag?

nah im just pretty lanky 6ft 2" with a 30" waist, i just didnt want them to fakk around my ankles while im playing

all trousers have a tie or strap or something similiar on the anklesso you can get them how you like.
