ok simple question,
anyone know if the jacko x-loops fit a rase popack?

If u r talking about the rase packs with ther own elastic loops then yes

Theoretically, they should fit pretty much any kind of pack. All you have to do is attach the loop to an existing pod holder hole type thing (sorry, I can't think of the word for it!!!)
