It was ok when it was just me, roo and mark.
But now they are just getting out of hand, What about a limit on file size.
I try to keep mine under 60k so it loads quick.

Either that or just ban em totally

It's just a bit frustrating when you want to read a thread, and two thirds of your screen is filled with flashing lights, explosions, and god knows what else...

I think it would be good if we can agree on a max size, (dimensions and file) and whether they can be animated or not.

Best sort ourselves out before someone else does and that might be by banning them altogether

Have to agree though it's gone a bit crazy, some of those banners bugger up my poor old 800x600 screen res. Not that I disapprove, I quite like them but if we could agree on a fitting size etc that'd be cool.
