check the edges inside your marker for rough bits, something must be ripping it up.

Keep 'em dry!

Make sure that you keep your bolt as dry as possible. Certain types of Delrin and other similar materials absorb and swell, it might be this increase in size due to swelling that's causing you bolt to get damaged
