Is there an Angel Tech at Series 2005 on 13th?

One of our players has "maintained" his speed to the point that it does not work anymore.

If no one is going I will get him to post it to Tom Allen.

I guessed that he might be but thought would find out if there was a propper tech as feel liek we are imposing on him... I know he loves it really.
