Short answer: No.
Long answer: it depends on what you're hoping the barrel will improve. If it's for enhanced bling-factor, then yes, go for it. Dye barrels look great and are beautifully built. If it's for accuracy, then no, the barrel you use is relatively unimportant compared to the quality of paint you shoot and your own skill level. Finally if it's for gas efficiency, then replacing the stock barrel will usually reap benefits (as stock barrels tend to be large bore, in the .692/.693 area), but a single replacement barrel wouldn't be the best option - you'd want to look at getting a selection of bore sizes to allow you to match barrel to paint. A second hand freak kit would be a better and far cheaper option for bore matching.
