Is it necessary to shoot XXbps?

I'll elaborate, if one could only shoot 4 shots a second. But those shots were well aimed (say, could hit a hopper at 75 feet 1st shot. I'm dreaming I know) and could snap shoot as well as anyone out on the field. Woudl they be succesful? Or does one need to shoot 18zillion Shots per second?

Partly on that note ... Does the gun make the man or the man the gun? (or woman ... Can't leave them out)

Four shots a second that connect with whatever the person wants it to? Unstoppable. Cover fire would be unecessary, mainly because if anything was showing, it's getting painted. If you did try to cover with four shots a sec., that's plenty, that's a steady stream of paint. Micah, your imaginary player would freakin' dominate.

I think the only advantage of xxx bps is on the break trying to sweetspot, any other time it is unnecessary.
If you are shooting cover for someone to move up it will probably make no difference if you shoot 4 or 14 bps.
For instance, I generally play back right, if someone is hammering
paint into my bunker and my middle calls out a player moving on the right tape I'm gonna come out and either try and snap him or
stay out till he's gone. It would make no difference how many balls are coming my way, if I just sit there and wait for the paint to stop I may as well just walk straight off the field for the amount of good I'm doing.

Mmmmmm.

Just a quick note. If a full 7 man team at this level were to load one area off the break and all sweet that spot you're theoretically talking about 28 balls a second with deadly accuracy.

Nice.
