Is it fair that Evil Pigs will be judging the Campaign Cup?
For juding they will get 300 points and win The Millennium series Novice 2002 and Shockwave 3 will place second.
If they had played then Spirit of Norway would have a chance to win. Now the best they can do if they win Campaign is to place thired?

I heard that nobody have ask Spirit of Norway or Team Impact if they will judge!

Best regards

Fair.. Well if there are insufficient teams to cover the fields from the pro and Am ranks I have to go to the Novice ranks. WE cannot force teams to marshal. I am all ready paying for a team of independent judges, (The dream team from Sweden) but cannot do any more. I have (in order of Ranking) offered All novices the opportunity to marshal, In all fairness Evil Pigs have series sewn up.

I agree it aint perfect, It is not what I would have chosen, but given the criteria it was all I could do.

I agree Spirit of Norway are a great team.

angel i dont think mini me was having ago really he was just trying to point out that is it fair that 1 team should win a series without playing?? i know theres isnt much option but its certainly worth a look into...
also its like the rankins of teams and the campaign web site qoutes"(ps this is for all events)

You are in a novice team, you have little or no experience of the big time rush of a major event. Well now you can taste it. The Millennium series is actively encouraging novice teams to enter."

kelly's no experiance mmmm not sure about that one a... won just about everything there is this year... as i say i dont know how the rankins work really but i feel as a player these should be looked into.. but you could turn around and say what do you know steven?? true

anyways maybe they will for next year

regards ste

This has been said before, but I think a complete set of paid judges are the way to go, 100% separate from the teams playing in the event. Costs more for the organiser, but fair on all teams in the series.

You wouldnt have the situation of Ferrari marshalling a forumula one event and getting full points as if they won.

I dont think marshalling 3 days is going to be at all easy, especially with the number of teams attending. I'm going to wear some mountain bike armour!

see you there.

Depends on what I got for marshalling if I had to marshall I would expect at the minimum that it not cost me anything i.e. travel, acomodation, food etc....

What's the difference between that and a team winning the series who reffed say the first tournament of the season. You need judging and these guys stepped up and it helped them win. I don't really see a problem with it.
