Ok me and a couple of mates are doing up the back of a cricket club to practice, we have been given permission to play there. I was wondering do ya think it would be alright if we played there or would there be problems with insurance and things?????????
Just wonderin so i thought i'd ask u lot :D

Mike,

If you've got any queries about paintball regarding legislation or insurance please, please, please contact Steve Bull at the UKPSF.

I really wouldn't just throw a post up in a general forum and rely on what replies you get. Whilst there are a lot of people who do know what they are talking about there's also a significant number who THINK they know or sound as if they know what they're taking about but in fact haven't got a clue...and as regards paintbal legalities bad advice is way worse than no advice...

Play it safe :)

As far as actually using the ground your sorted.
Trouble is, if a third party was to get hurt, you need to be covered by 3rd party liability insurance. Being as that a marker is legally, an airgun, you might find that BASC mebership will cover you, also means you can keep the bunny population under,(NOT WITH YOUR MARKERS...OBVIOUSLY!!!) which will keep the cricket club happy!
But, best to speak to the UKPSF, about the insurance, and that sort of thing.

He he, I'm an expert on everything......... even stuff I haven't heard of, I make a great salesman.
Anyone notice all of those amphibious assault vehicles and armoured cars the Iraqis have got (had)...........that was me.

Anyway, Hatts is right..... you'll get lots of people chucking their two pence worth in, you'll find that most of it is anecdotal and far from definitive. Check with your local constabulary too......they might have something to say on the matter. Oh, and one group of kids picking up old paint and chucking it at windows and you're outta there. 'Cos you'll get the blame.
