As long as you mean the 90degree Angel contract killer grips, yes they will fit an IR3.

As for other designs for Egos or standard 45 grips, no chance.
EDIT: Before you ask, I have no idea where you can get them from, US or otherwise. Brady's Paintball stock a lot of Hybrid stuff but i can't see the angel ones on there.

I never saw these available at any store since Hybrid supposedly introduced them (I live in the US, don't know about any UK suppliers). The only people that ever seem to have gotten ahold of them were people who bought them in person at last Huntington Beach.
