Ir3 Battery Charging???

I have put the Ir3 on charge in the car on the 12v Constant (4X4 adaptor for utilities) that doesn't need the ignition on to power up.

I have left it on charge for 5 hours yesterday with the isolation switch in the on position and the screen showing Charge. The battery status blocks cascading as usual. But there is only one block charged after 5 hours, surely this isn't right?

Please help

New board time...it happens, take the Ir3 to a service agent or send it back to WDP..it ain't no biggie

yep prob new board, angel batterys allways seem to give problems except the new metal hydrid ones .

Just had a new Ni-Mh one put in. Before he sold it to me.

As it is an Ir3 I do think it would be fair to say that it was the Ni-mH battery fitted....makes you wonder why the battery was changed though...some do have problems and also some are changed for no reason when it is actually the board causing the problems. You are on WDP's doorstep so ring them and arrange a visit to get it fixed...when all that is done, then "maybe" have a "word" with who you bought it from but get the results before you jump...it will all be warrenty work so other than a bit of petrol there won't be a cost.

Sorry mate, but his is not the original owner of the marker, and therefore has no warranty on the marker at all. WDP warranty is for original owner only

Will have to send it back to the guy i bought it off then, or say that i am taking it in for him .
