Bought my son 8 VIP tickets for his birthday in May. Been trying since July to book a session but IPG site won't accept booking at any of venues I've tried. They won't reply to any of my e.mail queries either. Mobile phone no written on the voucher doesn't connect. Have I been conned? Is there such a company and does anyone know how to contact them? Hope someone out there can help me. Ta.

yes they have. I've offered them a free replacement book of tickets but no reply as yet...

There is also a 'contact us' button on the IPG website where queries re bookings can be sent to.

29/12/06 UPDATE: I have spoken to the customer in question today and they have now been able to make their booking. DF have given them 800 free paintballs by way of an apology for the inconvenience. The call centre think the problem occurred because the customer was trying to book a site which was not the closest site to their postcode. This generates a pop-up prompt to alert customers that there is a nearer site and we think that the customers firewall or popup blocker was interrupting this prompt. It's something our IT guys will look into after the xmas holidays anyway.
