Hi all, i have just bought anion and need some advice setting it up properly, s o it runs sweet?? any info??

first of all, is it stock, or does it have upps.

its completely stock (at the moment)!

well.. simply enough, leave it alone.. Just play with it mate, there pretty much set up sweet out the box..

i wouldnt bother with tinkering until you have played a couple of time's with it.

Yeah, as with anything, see how it goes.

I bought an Ion second hand, which luckily came with a q-lock feed neck, custom products trigger, drop forward and a Dye barrel

And to be honest, the Dye barrel is a pain, I may go back to the stock one!!!

I bought a 2nd hand ion from the forums here, and it was stock other than an SP on/off.

Settings I've changed on it? Other than changing from semi to ramping and back to semi a few times dependent on the sites I visit, I've done nothing else to it and it runs sweeeeet.....

However would recomend a few mods to the Ion itself......

A CP oops and a Q-lock feedneck.

I changed my on/off becos I HAD to change the on/off to something else cos it was failing, so went for a good oops.. The Q-lock was a necessity cos I just could not get my hopper (egg) to be secure in the stock Ion feedneck.

Although your post was about settings, I would heartily recomend the feed-neck and the oops. Otherwise if it aint broke don't fix it. Ions although apparently made out of plastic spoons (who cares!! ) are one great gat!!

you may want to up the rate of fire as sometimes they are set at 7bps from the factory.
