does any one have a clue how i can unplug the hose from my ion ?

which hose are you trying to unplug?

you should be able to remove the hose from the bottom of the front reg by pressing the collett into the fitting and pulling the hose out

same with the hoses inside, press in the ring thing and pull it out.

The hose maybe holding itself in pretty well if its connected at both ends.
You could try removing the Ion's bottom line (the bit the bottle winds into) by un-screwing the allen bolts.
