Im think of getting an ion now i was just wondering, Is it made out of plastic. I know the shell that protects the internals is plastic but is the whole body plastic as it sure looks it.

NO, the rest of everything, ecept the trigger, is made of "high grade" aluminuim that has been anodised (painted if you like) a matt black, and isnt going to fall apart, later on you might want to invest in a new trigger. They are well worth the money mate, go for it;) .

i have forgotten who recommened it but somewhere i read that a high pressure preset is advisable because of keeping the flow consant, but as skeet says any will do any and i have seen plenty of ions run on low pressure presets such as low pressure max flos or angel presets.

skeet i am a sinner! i still havent upgraded my ion trigger!
any chance of a few piccys of the ones you so subtley hint of :p ,and whats the side to side wobble like?
