My ion xe fires fine when i just one finger the trigger but when i start walking it starts chopping and sometimes when i fire my gun 3 times it fires like another 5 shots

sounds like you may have 2 things going on.
1 - your eyes are off. most likely cause of the chopping.
2 - your in ramp mode. if you shoot fast enough the board will add extra shots.

should just go straight to eyes on. when there is a ball in the breash you should get a continual rapid single blink.
if the eyes are off it should be a rapid double blink with a ball ready.
