ion witha piston seal problem

in the space of a day my ion needed 2 new piston seals. The piston for some reason chops them then the reg start to leap air.
PSI set to 175

Shock Lube on all the right parts

PSI seems a little high, 140-160psi should be enough.

Are you using a QEV?

QEV's no

its been running fine at 175psi for around 3000 shots

However i will try 145psi and get back.

just need to buy a second seal set
