You can cap ROF on a standard board using a combination of Dwell & Recharge rate settings. For example... a Dwell setting of 54 clicks with a recharge of 42 flashes from bottom would give 12bps max. Unfortunately there's no option to adjust point at which ramp kicks in, which also needs to be correct to be legal. This is where aftermarket boards have the advantage.

with the stock boards the kick in and sustain rates are actually above the required rates for mills, etc, so you'd be fine with those.....
....however there is no option for setting the required number of semi shots before allowing ramp to kick in.
