ion troubles

recently got an ion (again) yes i had one when they first came out. I gassed it up and the bolt came to the forward position and air started leaking through the bolt and it sounded like it was coming through the frame. I stripped it down to check the banjo's and they were all secured. I have tried it using a 3000psi tank.

Any ideas?

also check the techroom stickies, there's an Ion 101 with all the lionks you could ever want to Ion tech articles.

i have had a good look at all the things that could be wrong with it and 99% say change the o ring so i'm going to change the lot and take it from there.

im not saying this is the cause but that happens when my air tank was low on air.
the tank you were using was it full?

There was 2000 in the bottle when i gassed it up.

ok so that isnt the cause then
so it will probably be an o-ring.
or you could try cleaning the noid. Mybe its collected abit of dirt or something in it.

dounbt it that the cause though.
