ion stock board dwell setting

hi guys, just wondering what is the best setting to have your dwell and bps at on a stock smartparts ion board, also which is more recommended as an upgrade board, the blackheart board or the virtue board ?

Personally i would say virtue, as for dwell etc all markers are different, use this guide and you will get the idea....

i keept my dwell on stock settings which is 52ms and i adjusted the rof to acheive the bps i needed.

Best bet is to use the guide and lower your dwell as best as you can, means much better efficiency and is really easy to do
