Looking for a team.
how old is your ion?
mine was brand new and venting air all over the place....it turned out to be a ruptured hose near to the solenoid...
have you changed the hoses or checked them for nicks or holes.
have you checked all the hose connections and ensured they are all pushed in firmly.
o-rings and batteries after that.
i have had several moments when my ion has leaked...mostly it has been a battery issue....

yeah like ^^ guy said check the hoses where they attach to the banjo's for tiny nicks ... if they're in one piece then check the orings make sure they are lubed up liberally as the lube acts as a kinda seal between the rings and then change the battery , IONs live on them... you'd be suprised what problems are caused by a slightly drained battery...

oldham - lancs
Ash - turn the input pressure right down - then slowly turn it up while firing (over a chrono). This usually cures it.

Bring it with you tomorrow and I'll show you what I mean.

BTW - why buy a new donut - I've got 2 spare here - doh!
