well i had my gun for around 2 horus and i wanted to see how to actualy get to the bolt so i followed the instructions and i and, had undone all the screws and the front banjo, so it says that you pull the body up and it comes off but the board was stuck and wudnt budge so i gave it a bit of a push from under, and it was out but here is the problem.

the banjo that fits onto the solenoid had snaped,( the little black fitting that you slip the tube onto) and is lodged in the tube now, so the question is what do i do and how much will it cost me

Its easy to snap these things off, ive done it myself.

Firstly to make sure you dont do it again check a couple of things.

If you have aftermarket grips on, the screws will stop the board coming out easily, so undo both sides!
Next undo the battery connection so it is free to come out.
Undo the fron banjo fitting, the one above the front reg.

If you now push the board out from the bottom, it will slide out. New Ions will usually have a very tight fitting at first, but after being taken out a few times, will be easier to put in/take out.

Afraid it is a new board for you though :(
