hey guys, i have a stock ion and i want to build a setup around efficiency and performance just wondering if any of u guys can give me and setups that will fit my preferance. thanks for your help.

if you want to improve effiency you need a qev and after market bolt,
i recomend the deadlywind hollowpoint bolt (there is an ebay store that sells them) and any clipard style qev (Virtue OR NDZ)
then re-tune your dwell and re-chrono and that should give you very good effiecency (deadlywind claim 1800 off a fill, more like 1500 though...a bit disapointing for a spool

QEV's cause more problems than theyre worth, definately get a new bolt, anything like a firebolt will greatly improve efficiency, a new barrel will also help, but not a huge amount. And then playing with the dwell, but be careful with this, you need to know what you're doing.

If you have 400 to spair you could get a DM6 or an EGO6. They would be better than an upgraded ion. You should consider them.
