Ion reg

I have recently purchaced a CP reg for my ion, but i can't get the two allen key screws out of my old reg so i can fit the nex 1.

i know they r left hand tread therefore i have to loosen them the opposite way to normal, however i tried doing this with all my force and all i managed to do was break the thread on my allen key.

any information on how to get them out would be very much appreciated

you just unscrew the reg buddy, do you mean an on/off or what?

I don't think the screws are reverse threaded anywhere on the ION, apart from the front reg adjustment screw.
Sounds like the screws you are trying to remove, are the ones for the ASA (where the bottle screws in) these should be normal screws and unscrew anti-clockwise.
