Ion Problems! Argh!

Hey guys, I seem to be having a small problem with my Ion (suprise suprise! )

When I air it up I get a small leak near the bolt, I have checked all the o-rings and they seem fine. Any ideas? This is only a very small leak, but its annoying!

Also, when I disconnect my air bottle, instead of the reg holding pressure, the pressure slowly drops from 160psi to 100psi before purging the rest of the air through the duckbill (stock.) This has only just started happening (the leak and the weird regulator.)

Any help appreciated!

when you say bolt which end?

The front, I think it might be coming through the bolt. Im not a 100%.

Have you replaced the O ringsm also remeber when cleaning to remove the Oring and clean underneath

rear hose

bet you a billion punds it's the rear hose

replace, job done

Will the rear hose affect the regulator problems?

dissasemble the reg and clean it, replace the Orings, clean the filter then reasemble.

Tell us if the reg prob is still there after that

remove o rings to clean them dont over grease
