ION prob again

hi,

my ion is leaking from the 90* elbow below the reg ive tried to get this elbow off but no luck what should i do to stop it leaking the leaking, it is more from the back of the elbow i.e. where you put the macro line in.

can anyone help me!?!:
either getting the thing off all i can do is get the reg apart and not get this off?
slove the problem without taking it apart?
or tell me how much a pressure adjustment cap is for a ion?

any help would me great!

is it coming out where the macro line goes into the elbow?

if thats it, it will be the macroline, makesure that its a clean cut at the end, and has no dirt on it, also make sure when you put it in, you push it in all the way.

From ZDSPB:

Leak from the bottom of the regulator.
· Remove the regulator adjustment endcap and replace the o-ring around the bottom (18/90).
· Remove the regulator piston and replace both o-rings (16/70 at the top, 10/70 at the bottom), regrease then reassemble the reg.
· Remove the macroline fitting and reinstall using thread locker; let cure for at least 12 hours.

Tim just bring it down to Ambush on Sunday and someone will be able to fix it.

As James says, its likely to be dirt or something in the elbow/macroline so just needs disconnecting and cleaned off.
