need advice. i just gassed up my ion this morning, and the ir went through fine, but when i went to fire the marker, every few shots the gun would nnot fire, and some air would just puff out the barrel, and out of the feed neck.
i used my gun yesterday, and it was operation fine, this is the first time it has happend.

Sounds like it's time to clean and re-lube the bolt.

How much paint have you put through it since the last time it was lubed?

i had this problem, could be a totally different thing but after whacking in a new battery it aint happened since ;p

this happened to me before..i changed the battery to a fresh one. and reset the dwell andcounted back up to the stock setting which is 32 i believe. i cant remember

I think 52 is default dwell on the stock board, with no qev fitted.

correct but this is mainly a battery issue, you only need to change the dwell if your still having problems with a fresh battery
