Hey guys just wanted to know if when I buy the Ion if to get a low pressure tank or a high pressure tank, please list pros and cons for both.

To be annoyingly picky - it's the reg that counts, not the tank.
Get a HP bottle reg. Your body reg is working harder, but at least you know it's recharge will be ok. If you later really have to, you can always fanny about with the washers and convert it to LP.

Or if you are going to get a low pressure , get one like a crossfire.
They have excellent flow rates. Ask see the sig if you want the technical data on the Crossfire reg.
