My spare ion is completely Degassed i have the bolt out and the reg gauge is still reading 100 PSI?

Could be a faulty gauge

Some inline regs will hold pressure when degassed, and you have to cycle marker to purge them

As above. Turn the marker on, turn the eyes off and pull trigger. If nothing happens then its a faulty gauge.
