I dont really know what settings to put my dwell on or Recharge???? when i have it on rebound mode.Baring in mind i have just succesfully installed my QEV?

Try this to set the dwell:
1. Bottom out the dwell
2. Set your input pressure to about 120 psi
3. Increase the dwell until the marker cycles properly at +/- 10 fps consistency
4. Increase your input pressure up to desired fps
5. Increase the dwell up by 1 until velocity stays consistent. If consistency is already good. reduce the dwell down by 1 until it becomes inconsistent, then bring back up 2.

its a stock board with co2 can with anti siphon.

it doesn't matter what mode the gun's in, (semi, rebound, etc) the dwell remains the same.
you honestly don't need any more info than what Oily's posted, especially with the link he's provided as well

*edit* top tip would be to get an air system asap, although they can run ok on co2 it's not the best for the gun in the long run
