ion help please

my ion leaks air through the bolt, but still fires ok otherwise, i have replaced all of the bolts o-rings, the leak is still there .... anyone got any more ideas ?

any help would be great, thanks

are there any signifficant scrapes on the bolt have you lubed it properly

Have you changed the o-rings in the bolt stop and also checked it for any damage?

also changed both of those, and can't see any damage.

could it be the fire chamber or bolt are just worn to a point that they need replacing ?

Shouldn’t be, It doesn’t make metal on metal contact anywhere.
If it had been a firebolt you where using I would have pointed you in this direction. Firebolts have an internal o-ring if buggered can cause the problem you discribe.

I suggest you strip her down thoroughly clean everything replace hoses, lube up and reassemble

screw it ill shoot through the leak monday night (unless you think that'll kill me) and take it to warped in the week for them to tell me it'll cost thousands

We had the same problem..for us it was a little metal mesh filter. If you open up the reg..it at the bottom of the handgrip.
I accidently bent it and nearly through it away, but when i put it back in correctly, and unbent it..or tried

IT WORKS!

Might not want to bend it but might wanna having a look at it.
