Ok, i'm sure this is on here somewhere, but i don't really have time to look for it.

Where do you fit a QEV on an ion? My hate seems to think it replaces the middle banjo, but i thought it would make more sense replacing the rear banjo, as you want the gas behind the bolt to vent allowing the bolt to recock faster. Doesn't the gas at the front of the bolt just get vented down the barrel?

It replaces the middle Banjo.
Lower Dwell to 8 bleeps from bottom then go up from there...evidence suggests around 20 is good...but I have run at 10-16 with no problems on guns I have done.

If it isnt a SP Banjo...you may want to cut .5inch slot up to teh front of the gun, out of teh shell...to aid removal of the shell fo access to bolt etc.

There's probably a vid in the ion forum in PbNation. I know there's a good 'ion dissasembly vid' on PbNation which is well worth checking out if your a bit wary about taking your ion apart. I'm sure it's in the sticky there.

Edit add - Or what Steet says....but piccies and vids are gooooood :D
