Go for a HP air system - as opposed to a LP one.

Other than that - and a hopper with paint in - everything else is 'bling' until you get too good for the stock bits ;).

I know this isnt what you really asked but it might still help

Any hp bottle will work fine its would be better if it was fibre wrap because of less weight. The halo will work fine!

Also get a 2nd freak kit or Dye UL barrel and add in some body kits and change the colours of the barrels and most of your bling will be finished!!!

Also you should get a 360 qev and a upgraded board also a barrel kit would be a needed upgrade, the clamping feed neck is very improtent. Maybe new eyes. This is the order i think you should get things in:

~ Barrel freak or Dye UL
~ Clamping feed neck
~ 360 gev
~ eyes
~ Board
~ body Kit

You may also want a on/off asa but thats not to importamt i feel. You should get all these upgrades if and when money is there to be spent on your ion!!!

Cheers Tim Hope this helps ;)

Staying warm on a sunday!
a lot of people spend money on useless bling before function without actually thinking about it.

get a setup which works well and feels well.

get a high pressure fibre wrap airsystem

either a 4500 or a 5000psi which ever you can get on your budget

a halo b or reloader will work fine and will fit in a standard feedneck

once you have those on it might be worth getting an on off that fits the bottle nicley inline with your shoulder that doesn't make the hopper stand 6 miles above your head.

after that its worth upgrading your barrel. the new lucky barrel is very accurate and gives you 3 bores for about 60-70 bucks

if you want more choice, then a freak barrel is worth looking at.

a qev maybe later on for more consistancy

after that anything else is a bit more cosmetic and preferential to a particular person

hope that helps

anything you wanna know just ask!

Sorry going to have to disagree with the order to get things in

First things that I feel are 'needed' are

feed neck, ASA and trigger, yes the trigger does make a huge difference imo, it will improve your bps

A halo or even better a reloader b will go here, eggs just do the job, but i found that i didnt 'skip' as many shots once i upgraded to a reloader from an egg

After that, you might want to think about a better barrel, and as stated the lucky one is very decent, same for All American and freak

Then you might want to think about kick, consistency and efficiency, best bet for these is a 360qev and a firebolt or a lucky stage 1/2/3 combo

Also something you may want is a new set of detents since the stock ones can be prone to being shot out the barrel (or were in my case)

Some dye stickies never really go a miss either, helps a lot for comfort imo

Only after all of then do I feel that I new board 'may' be worth the money, in semi you wont get higher than 17 bps I wont imagen, and ramping your never allowed to play above 15bps

Then if want, since it wont improve the gun at all, think about getting a new body

A reg may be needed, since the stock ones can be horrible (make sure you strip and clean it before you deem it as this) or fantastic, let it get broken in and get a good few cases through it first

My opinions of course but I feel this is the best way to go
