how should the light be blinking on a standard UK ion board to turn the dwell down

Solid red, or would that be solid green on a uk one

its got a green sticker on it.

Then i would say solid green

sticker makes no difference... it should be solid red down, solid yellow up

it'll flash every time you change it by one number... if you hold down the on/off button, it'll speed the process up.

Solid Red as Mikey said the first time

Oh and its 52 blinks up from the bottom back to default
